Honestly, I feel that #3 is one that you can have a powerful narrative about.And you can make an argument about the importance of education/prevention/etc to ensure that other HS students do not have to endure the same hardships as you have had to endure? The other two topics could work too although you would have to specify them a bit more (for example, when is "then"?) -- but I think that #3 would have the most pathos and ethos.
